Simply fill in your details on our on-line form, or download (137 KB) a copy of our membership form and complete off-line, send to us and we will send you confirmation of EUSOMA membership. For full instructions and a list of benefits for members, see the membership section of this site.

EUSOMA guidelines are available to both members and non-members on this web site.
